We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience. You will manage incoming calls and emails, addressing everything from new service inquiries and scheduling appointments to resolving billing questions and handling customer concerns. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and has a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via phone and email. This includes answering questions about our lawncare and mosquito spraying services, explaining billing details, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  
  
• Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage the daily schedules for our field technicians. You will be responsible for scheduling new appointments, rescheduling existing ones, and optimizing routes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  
  
• Billing & Accounts: Handle all billing-related matters, including processing payments, explaining invoices, and following up on outstanding accounts. You will work closely with customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure clear communication regarding their billing.
  
  
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and complaints. This includes investigating service-related problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes in our CRM system. You will also assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall efficiency of the office.
