- Team Leadership: Assign tasks, direct work, and provide training, coaching, and development for warehouse staff. Hold team members accountable for performance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Performance: Monitor and report on KPIs for productivity, quality, and accuracy.
- Safety & Compliance: Oversee equipment usage, conduct inspections, and ensure all operations adhere to OSHA, TAPA, and company safety/security standards.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve operational issues, service errors, and client escalations.
- Administration: Assist the Warehouse Manager with labor scheduling and controlling costs.
- Quality: Ensure all orders are processed accurately and in compliance with requirements.
- Experience: 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: L eadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Systems: Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and related technology.
- Physical: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Compliance: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and safety standards.
