We are seeking a face-to-face marketing and direct sales, has an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual in our Direct Sales department. We are seeking a Part-Time Direct Sales Representative who is ready to make an impact and grow within our vibrant team. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the chance to flex your sales skills directly on the front lines promoting our top products and services. Please note, this position is not remote and requires the representative to participate in direct, door-to-door sales activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about personal interaction, persuasive in communication, and proficient in closing sales. By joining our team, you will represent our brand directly to potential customers, providing detailed information and engaging presentations of our offerings. This direct involvement in customer engagement is not just about making sales but also about creating a positive and lasting impression that stands out in today's competitive market.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales campaigns to directly interact with potential customers in designated territories.
• Present, promote and sell fiber internet services using solid arguments and engaging demeanor to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other direct communication methods to create new sales opportunities.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, adapting strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to maximize output.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in direct sales and marketing continuously improving through feedback.
• Handle customer issues or concerns promptly, applying product expertise to ensure that all questions are effectively addressed.
