Responsibilities
- Order Management; entering orders, review for accuracy, order changes, etc.
- Customer Engagement; answer incoming calls regarding customer inquiries, communicate proactively (delays, substitutions, issues, etc.); resolution of any complaints or customer service issues.
- Logistic Coordination; schedule deliveries and coordinate appropriately with warehouse and logistics team, provide customers with delivery status and expected ETA.
- General Admin Duties; maintain accurate and organized order documentation.
- 2-3 years of experience in order entry or customer service
- High School Diploma
- Exceptional data entry, fast typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone demeanor.
- Proficient computer skills; ERP, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
