We're hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to be the go-to person for all customer billing and payment matters. You'll manage high-volume payments and collections, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. If you have a background in AR, are a natural problem-solver, and are ready to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced team, we want to hear from you.

salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

• Be the primary point of contact for customer billing questions and payment concerns.
  
  
• Process a high volume of payments, making sure every dollar is accounted for.
  
  
• Take ownership of the collections process, following up on aging accounts with tact and persistence.
  
  
• Keep financial records and reports clean and up-to-date.
  
  
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing disputes smoothly.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• A background in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  
  
• You're a wizard with numbers and have an eagle eye for detail.
