Canon is looking for a Collections Representative to join our team in a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both in the office and from home. You'll be a key part of our team, managing heavy outbound calls and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.



Key Responsibilities

• Collections & Customer Service: Manage B2B collections through heavy outbound calling, providing excellent customer service to Canon’s clients.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues and concerns with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Financial Management: Apply your knowledge of accounting and cash application to manage and reconcile accounts.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, using both Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track information.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in B2B collections and leasing is required. Experience with third-party collections is not a focus for this role.
• Skills: strong writing and communication skills are a must. You should also have experience with accounting and cash application.
