Responsibilities
- Strategic Benefits Oversight: Evaluate and recommend updates to benefit offerings to maintain market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Benefits System Management: Oversee benefits systems and collaborate with Finance, HRIS, and payroll teams to maintain data accuracy and timely processing of all enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Compliance & Auditing: Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws, ensuring compliance with all regulations. This includes monitoring FMLA requests and auditing internal HR processes.
- Employee Service & Resolution: Serve as the critical liaison between benefit providers, HR site coordinators, and employees, providing information and investigating discrepancies or complex claims as they arise.
- Annual Program Execution: Plan and execute the annual open enrollment process, managing communication and coordinating with vendors to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Vendor Management: Partner with benefit providers and consultants to regularly evaluate plan performance and recommend strategic enhancements.
