Responsibilities
- Cost Management and Reporting:
- Maintain and govern the standard cost accounting system, procedures, and internal policies to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for inventory, COGS, and active projects.

- Tax and Compliance:
- Manage all aspects of state tax setup, filing requirements, and subsequent analysis for operations in new and existing states.

- Asset Management:
- Track, review, and maintain comprehensive records for all fixed assets, calculate and record monthly depreciation, and manage relationships with key asset vendors.

- General Accounting and Support:
- Execute a mix of routine accounting and analysis functions, with a special emphasis on cost accounting duties.
- Provide essential backup support for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles.

- Billing and Project Coordination:
- Manage the generation of milestone invoices tied to project status and maintain active communication with the sales team to confirm project completion.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card statements as part of the broader financial controls.
