The Advanced Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data. This role requires proficiency in advanced Excel functions to ensure data integrity, streamline reporting, and support critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and High-Volume Data Entry: Process and verify data from various sources with speed and minimal error.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, maintain, and distribute reports using advanced Excel functions, primarily Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP.
- Data Integrity: Perform routine data audits, cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in data management and entry processes.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments to provide required data and reporting as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a Data Entry or Data Analysis role.
- Expert Excel Proficiency: MUST have advanced skills in VLOOKUP (or similar lookup functions like INDEX/MATCH) and creating/manipulating complex Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy are paramount.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time Management: organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
