Randstad is immediately seeking a professional and highly organized Customer Service Representative for a leading body shop in the Margate area. If you excel at providing exceptional customer experiences and communicating clearly, we want to hear from you!

This is an immediate 4-6 week contract opportunity with potential for a temp-to-hire transition based on performance and business need. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and positive vehicle repair journey for every customer, from their first call through to the final vehicle delivery. What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an automotive, service, or fast-paced professional environment.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• A professional, friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

Contract Details, Schedule & Pay:

• Location: Margate, FL area.
  
  
• Contract Duration: 4-6 weeks with temp-to-hire potential.
  
  
• Schedule: This is a 40-hour work week.
  
  
  • Monday - Friday: Availability needed between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
    
    
  • Saturday: Availability needed between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
    
    
• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, welcoming face and voice of the body shop, greeting customers in person and over the phone.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear and frequent communication with customers regarding repair estimates, insurance claims, vehicle status, and completion dates.
• Maintain meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, vehicle progress, and essential repair documentation using computer systems.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Effectively utilize computer systems for daily tasks (computer skills are a must!).
• Any second language skill are a definite plus!
