Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or training support role.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for regional learning programs and activities.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Track attendance, maintain training records, and input data into the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Assist with sending communications, reminders, and post-training surveys.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and basic learning materials.
• Help troubleshoot basic LMS or training access issues.
• Liaise with vendors and internal partners as needed for training logistics.
• Ensure all learning documentation is up to date and accurately stored.
