Responsibilities

This role will support a reporting & analytics team developing mostly PBI dashboards based on Oracle and Teradata databases. The team is heading into a CRM consolidation project so need assistance with back end data organization and rebuilding/rethinking of our existing reporting suite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analytics Specialist to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytical tools with a focus on CRM systems and sales/client performance reporting. The position and team will use Power BI extensively to develop the data infrastructure.

This role will play a key part in enabling high-quality analysis, reporting, and visualization to drive business insights and strategic decision-making across sales and client-facing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Using PowerBI, will build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics.
• Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases.
