Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably supporting a manufacturing or distribution operation.
• Tech Savvy: Proven proficiency with a large-scale ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Epicor) and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workloads and strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices, including matching with purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way match)
• Process and audit employee expense reports according to company policy
• Prepare and process electronic payments (ACH/wire transfers) and checks
• Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to answer inquiries and resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate and organized files and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
