You will manage complex executive calendars, travel, and communications, serving as a critical gatekeeper and liaison across all departments.
A major focus is on event planning and logistics: developing timelines, budgets, and executing large-scale, high-impact corporate events, including venue and contract negotiation.
Requirements: 8+ years of executive support experience, proficiency with MS Office, and proven event management skills. Must be an expert organizer and communicator.

Responsibilities
- Manage executive operations for leadership, providing highly confidential administrative support and strategic communication flow.
- Control and prioritize complex executive calendars, meeting schedules, and internal/external appointments.
- Draft and prepare high-level business correspondence, reports, and confidential documents.
- Coordinat all aspects of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, expense reports, and mileage tracking.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, budgets, and timelines for major corporate events (e.g., incentive trips, sales rallies).
- Negotiate contracts for venues, catering, and logistics to ensure cost-effective and successful events.
- Manage and maintaine a secure, accessible system for all permanent and active corporate records and correspondence.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and serve as the primary liaison, prioritizing and tracking senior management projects.
