Randstad is supporting a financial firm who is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support a specialized client initiative on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll take ownership of project coordination from end to end—ensuring that critical updates are reflected in our proprietary systems and accurately delivered in the client’s cardholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialized client initiative that involves managing updates within the proprietary system and ensuring all changes are accurately reflected in the client's cardholder packets.
• Coordinating across internal teams, the client, and third-party vendors
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan
• Managing all project documentation and deliverables
• Ensuring timely, on-scope delivery of project milestones
• Providing weekly status updates to their manager and key stakeholders
