We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll manage the full invoice cycle, build good vendor relationships, and contribute to the month-end close process. If you have at least two years of AP experience, are a effective communicator, and are proficient with accounting software, we encourage you to apply and help us keep our financial records in top shape.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day:

• Process and manage incoming invoices—you'll be a pro at making sure everything lines up.
  
  
• Work with vendors to build great relationships and sort out any payment questions.
  
  
• Be an important part of the month-end close process.
  
  
• Keep the financial records neat, organized, and audit-ready.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in an AP role.
  
  
• You're an expert at catching small details that others miss.
  
  
• Comfortable with accounting software and ready to learn new systems.
  
  
• You're a good communicator, both with colleagues and external partners.
  
  
• Someone who is proactive and can work well on their own.
