Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.
- Train and manage all administrative and clinical support staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and payroll-related tasks.
- Possess an understanding of medical coding (e.g., ICD-10, CPT) and billing processes.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to pain management.
- Ensure accurate and compliant patient charting, progress notes, and electronic health records (EHR) management.
- Ensure the practice operates in full compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant federal and state regulations.
