Randstad is seeking a Clinic Manager for a leading therapeutic pain management practice dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to their patients.  This ideal candidate will be highly motivated, understand the full process of operations and have previous experience as a Clinic Manager.  LPN or Charge Nurse is a PLUS. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the medical practice. This includes managing administrative staff, overseeing clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

Operational Management:

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow and enhance patient experience.

Staff Leadership & Development:

• Train and manage all administrative and clinical support staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
• Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and payroll-related tasks.

Medical & Clinical Expertise:

• Possess an understanding of medical coding (e.g., ICD-10, CPT) and billing processes.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures related to pain management.
• Ensure accurate and compliant patient charting, progress notes, and electronic health records (EHR) management.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the practice operates in full compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant federal and state regulations.
