In this role, you’ll be the central hub for a dynamic and innovative team, managing everything from data reporting and purchasing support to coordinating team events and preparing business documents. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience supporting teams or departments.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in Korean to support executive-level communication and collaboration with our global team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement streamlined administrative processes to improve team efficiency and overall departmental operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to support informed decision-making.
- Provide general administrative support across the Infra Team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate and manage onsite and offsite events, accommodating both small and large group settings.
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents with attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.
