- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry Background: strong preference for candidates from the architectural, interior design, or contract furniture sectors.

Responsibilities
- trategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies that drive substantial revenue growth across new markets, client segments, and product lines.
- Sales & Account Management: Strengthen and grow relationships within the A&D and commercial interiors community. Manage key accounts and oversee high-value contract negotiations.
- Project Management: Partner closely with internal teams to oversee projects from concept to completion—ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for future growth. Collaborate with manufacturing and vendor partners to enhance and diversify product offerings.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor future sales professionals to ensure a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Marketing & Branding: Partner with leadership to refine the company’s marketing strategy and elevate brand visibility across target markets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and shifting client needs to guide forward-thinking business decisions.
- Industry Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at key trade shows, conferences, and professional networking events.
