salary: $88,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Own the Payroll Cycle: Take full ownership of planning, organizing, and executing the company's payroll operations, from initial data entry through final review and analysis.
  
  
• Drive Compliance: Serve as the final approver for all payrolls, meticulously reviewing reports, reconciliations, and time records to ensure strict adherence to all FLSA guidelines, government regulations, and internal policies.
  
  
• Manage Complex Compensation: Accurately compute and manage all forms of employee compensation, including wage rates, commissions, benefit deductions (e.g., 401k, insurance), and tax documentation (W-2s, etc.).
  
  
• Be the Go-To Resource: Proactively provide direction, guidance, and training to managers and employees on payroll procedures, policies, and related inquiries.
  
  
• Ensure Accuracy: Systematically review and update personnel records, including managing new hire data and processing changes in pay rates, occupations, and deductions (including garnishments).
  
  
• Partner with HR: Work closely with the Human Resources team to align payroll processing with key employee transitions, including new employee onboarding, promotions, and annual open enrollment.
