About the Role & The Team
The Sourcing Analyst Specialist will own a pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing engagements within the Banking and Investment Services (BISi) Category team. You will be instrumental in supporting the full procurement process, from strategic planning and competitive bidding to final negotiation and contract execution.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Deal Ownership: Own and manage a dedicated pipeline of low to medium complexity sourcing engagements, overseeing the full end-to-end procurement process.
- Sourcing Strategy: Partner with Category Leads to develop and execute effective sourcing plans, including leading RFP, RFX, and RFI processes, supplier consolidation, and co-terming.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Establish effective negotiation plans and guide internal clients through the contracting process, utilizing decent contract review and drafting skills (commercial, not legal).
- Client Partnership: Engage with internal business requestors to identify requirements and formulate them into specific competitive bid documentation, providing well-developed client interaction skills.
- Compliance & Improvement: Ensure the application of fair business practices, adherence to compliance, and continually examine ways to raise standards and improve ESM processes.
- Support: Provide support to Category Leads on high complexity engagements, including requisition and purchase order creation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 3-5 years of related procurement experience.
- Deep knowledge in contract drafting/review, leading RFP, RFX, RFIs, and providing excellent client support.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Understandig of MS Office Skills. Experience with Oracle is preferred.
