The ideal candidate is a technical specialist with a proven ability to manage complex training curricula, define organizational roles, and maintain data integrity within key enterprise systems.
Core Responsibilities
The Coordinator will serve as the primary expert responsible for R&D competency development and role alignment, specifically tasked with:
- Training Strategy & Curriculum: Establish comprehensive training strategies and curriculums that address high-priority competency gaps needed for innovation (R&D) processes and tools.
- Program Development: Develop, acquire, organize, and plan regular training programs and courses to address identified competency needs.
- Roles & Process Alignment: Partner with R&D leadership to formally define standard Roles and establish the matrix of Roles-to-Process relationships across the R&D function.
- Training Data Analytics: Monitor and report on Training Execution Plans and performance against KPIs, ensuring appropriate completion and efficacy.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Monitor and ensure that all Roles are accurately defined and assigned for every R&D associate (Roles Data Integrity).
- Tool Superuser: Serve as the technical expert and support administrator (Superuser) for critical training and data systems, including TEDS, Lumens, and Qlik Sense.
- Metric Collection: Collect and monitor relevant metrics related to role assignments, training plans, and execution.

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical area such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in training coordination, technical competency development, or project management.
Required Competencies & Technical Skills
The successful candidate must demonstrate expert proficiency with the following tools and skills:
- Training Plans and Curriculum management.
- Expert user of MS Office tools.
- Expert user experience with technical and enterprise systems, including TEDS, Lumens, Qlik Sense, SAP, Workday, and Planisware.
- Competency in Statistical Analysis and Database Management.
- Experience with Change Management principles.
