Responsibilities
Actively manage a requisition load of 2-25 Financial advisor roles , this includes but is not limited to:
- Conducting intake sessions with managers for new requisitions completing all forms and tracking in Workday Recruit
- Developing a sourcing/attraction strategy for each requisition
- Reviewing candidates daily and proactively reaching out to external prospects
- Video Interviewing candidates, completing, and saving notes, sending summary write-ups to hiring managers
- Keeping managers and active candidates up to date on recruitment progress on a regular cadence.
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and gathering interview feedback.
- Formulating offers with hiring team, gathering approvals via Workday Recruit and presenting offers to candidates.
- Processing offers timely, submitting candidates for background checks and completing hiring tasks once backgrounds are completed.
- Regretting candidates not selected in a positive manner to encourage them to continue to consider bank as an employer.
- Attend regular business update meetings
- Attend team meetings to ensure understanding of bank's TA operations and compliance requirements
