The ideal candidate has at least five years of management experience, with a minimum of three years in a business management role with P&L responsibility. Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is a must.

Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee the branch's financial health, manage the profit and loss (P&L), approve financial transactions, and prepare detailed reports and budgets.
- Operational Leadership: Supervise all departmental efforts, including sales, rentals, parts, and service. You will coordinate activities to maximize productivity and ensure all corporate policies and safety regulations (including OSHA/DOT compliance) are followed.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor the branch's personnel, championing a culture of customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for developing the sales team and ensuring consistent customer outreach.
- Market Strategy: Analyze the market, identify growth opportunities, and recommend new products or services to help expand the branch.
- Inventory & Equipment: Monitor equipment inventory and rental rates, and provide analysis to support new equipment purchases.
