We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

-Act as an advisor to leadership, influencing program success, project performance, and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
-Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges, requiring a full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive stakeholder engagement.
-Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require planning, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment.
-Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are enterprise-wide, using deep organizational knowledge to anticipate change impacts.
-Engage with executive leadership, project leads, and portfolio sponsors to promote program success, requiring executive-level presence, strong articulation, and the ability to influence heads of lines of business.
