Randstad is looking for a highly professional, A/R Clerk and Membership Coodinator for a Concierge medical practice.  This position is to vital to maintaining the fiscal health of a concierge practice. You will manage the entire patient payment lifecycle, from initial membership invoicing and payment processing to comprehensive Accounts Receivable (A/R) management and financial reporting. Your expertise will ensure precision in all financial records and support seamless patient-physician relationships. Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management: Oversee all patient-related Accounts Receivable functions, including payment tracking, aging analysis, and follow-up on outstanding membership balances to maintain revenue integrity.
  
  
• Payment Processing and Reconciliation: Accurately collect, post, and reconcile patient payments (including daily deposits and bi-monthly credit card transactions) to ensure books balance precisely.
  
  
• Membership Billing and Invoicing: Manage the generation and distribution of all new and renewal membership invoices.
  
  
• Financial Reporting: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency to generate, analyze, and maintain critical billing, payment, and A/R reports for leadership review.
  
  
• Billing Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex patient and billing inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  
  
• Administrative Financial Support: Maintain accurate financial records, manage and organize related membership contracts, and ensure compliance with all internal financial procedures.
  
  
• System Integrity: Ensure accurate billing and payment data is maintained within Excel and practice management systems (eClinicalWorks experience preferred).
