This role is a mission-critical growth opportunity that blends P&C claims expertise with vendor management and IT roadmapping. You'll move beyond tasks to make a tangible impact on efficiency and member value.
- Spearhead Guidewire Integration: Lead the effort to integrate our extensive P&C Claims suppliers into the Guidewire system, designing a seamless, digital claims journey.
- Drive Accountability & Value: Partner with suppliers to build and manage Scorecards, KPI, and SLA requirements. Execute solutions that are timely, cost-effective, and focused on member and adjuster outcomes.
- Strategize Roadmaps: Overlay our internal IT roadmap with supplier/vendor technology roadmaps (e.g., Enterprise Rent-A-Car) to ensure unified, forward-moving operational alignment.
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement an outage framework to proactively detect and resolve vendor system issues before they escalate, ensuring continuous service integrity. Qualifications:
We seek an innovative, results-focused candidate with 6+ years of relevant experience, strongly biased towards vendor integration and IT engagement.
- P&C Claims & Vendor Expertise: Proven proficiency in P&C Claims, with deep vendor/supplier management expertise and hands-on experience or knowledge of Guidewire integration projects.
- Organizational Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive with autonomy in an ambiguous environment, taking projects from initial concept to full execution, supported by clear data focus and effective prioritization.
Required Technical Knowledge: Guidewire (Essential), Enlighta, and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus.
