Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing: Principal Duties

As the Collateral & Fulfillment Specialist, you will ensure the seamless flow of all marketing and agent materials:

• Order & Logistics Management: Serve as the primary contact for agents and customers, providing status updates on orders and requests. You'll track shipments, respond to inquiries about back orders or late shipments, and distribute product price lists.
  
  
• Quality Assurance & Editing: Participate in the review of documents and materials for the field force. You'll apply your knowledge of basic writing principles, grammar, and spelling to edit and proofread a variety of correspondence from drafts and verbal instructions.
  
  
• Compliance & Exception Handling: Monitor and adjust excessive field force orders and handle exception requests, ensuring the appropriate forms are printed and shipped in time for enrollments.
  
  
• Database & Records: Participate in mass mail-outs and maintain a current and historical library of communication material that serves as a quick-reference database of department activities.
  
  
• Team Support: Provide functional support to department team members as needed to accomplish department goals.
