Responsibilities

Onboarding & Logistics:

• Schedule and coordinate all recruiting procedures, New Hire Orientation (NHO) programs, and facility tours.
• Manage NHO logistics, including room setup, materials, tool training, and facility cleaning details.
• Provide daily support to new hires for their first 30 days and ongoing interaction through the first 90 days of employment.
• Maintain the Training Room and assist with class setup.
• Support management with employee experience initiatives (events, wellness).

Training Design & Delivery:

• Design training materials (presentations, exercises) focused on manufacturing processes and plant safety.
• Conduct and ensure effectiveness of all orientation and apprentice program training.
• Lead the facility coaches’ program and weekly training sessions.
• Collaborate with Production Leadership to implement the weekly Front Line Leadership program.

Development & Evaluation:

• Assess training effectiveness by following up with team members on departmental performance.
• Train and select job skills trainers in partnership with the Production Manager.
• Report apprentice program issues to leadership.
• Travel as needed for required training programs.
