This position will provide administrative coordination and support across various HR functions, assist in the implementation of policies and programs, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and management.

Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner in executing local and regional HR initiatives.
- Administer HR programs and processes, including onboarding, new hire orientation, leave administration, return-to-work coordination, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records related to benefits, compensation, and employment.
- Assist with compensation and benefits program administration and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to support recruitment and staffing plans.
- Provide guidance to associates and supervisors on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Prepare and maintain statistical and compliance reporting for internal management and external agencies.
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
