- Perform thorough inspections of parts and materials, comparing them against prints and specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
- Accurately complete and maintain inspection records and reports.
- Utilize hand-held inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for measurements.
- Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other advanced inspection equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to confirm part compliance.
- Identify and document any defects or non-conformance issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Skilled in the use of hand-held inspection tools.

- Must be able to traverse the production floor to access parts and machinery.
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks may be required.

Responsibilities
Inspect using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring
features, and examining functionality.
• Record inspection results by completing reports (summarizing parts: good, repaired, and
rejected) and inputting data into Dot.
• Follow standards and workflow for the inspection process.
• Work with customers or supervisors to understand provided work instructions.
• Communicate effectively and often with other team members.
• Responsible for on-site tool and equipment management
• Adhere to work site rules and guidelines.
• Ad hoc projects based on customer needs.
