Responsibilities
You'll be the first point of contact for customers facing a variety of roadside problems. Your main goal is to listen with empathy, gather key details, and use our tools and systems to dispatch the right assistance. While most calls are for roadside help, you will also handle other service requests, including repair approvals, rental car assistance, and insurance claims.
