• Drive Billing Accuracy by meticulously processing all delivery tickets and generating accurate customer invoices. 
• Ensure Operational Integrity through precise AP reconciliation and maintaining the integrity of all essential documentation via meticulous filing systems.
• Champion Communication & Logistics by proactively updating trucking routes and communicating critical supply chain updates to the internal Sales team, facilitating seamless service delivery.
• Manage Front-Office & Client Experience as the primary, personable point of contact for clients, welcoming guests and managing moderate inbound call volume with a supportive, professional approach.
• Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies by analyzing variances between expected and received warehouse shipments, reaching out to shippers to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Intermediate-level Excel (no complex formulas required), and general computer literacy. 
• Demonstrated Attention to Detail: A committed focus on precision and thoroughness is essential for managing critical financial and inventory data.
• Mathematical Aptitude and ability to work effectively with numbers for AP reconciliation and delivery ticket processing.
• Exceptional Emotional Intelligence and Empathic Communication to build rapport and serve as the professional, welcoming face of our organization.
