Responsibilities
- Perform Aseptic Fill-Finish Operations: Execute critical production steps in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, maintaining unwavering aseptic technique throughout.
- Operate and Monitor Equipment: Accurately set up, run, and oversee automated and semi-automated machinery used for filling, capping, and lyophilization (freeze-drying).
- Ensure Compliance: Strictly adhere to all cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately complete all production documentation, including detailed batch records.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify, report, and help troubleshoot equipment and process deviations. Escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain Cleanroom Standards: Perform meticulous cleaning and sanitization of the cleanroom and equipment to ensure a sterile environment.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Review and revise SOPs to enhance process efficiency, compliance, and product quality.
- Safety and Investigations: Act as a safety role model and actively participate in deviation root cause analyses and corrective action implementation.
