Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office. Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage conference room scheduling.
- Handle daily office operations, including accepting and managing deliveries, setting up food and beverages for meetings, and responding to various customer needs and requests.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry. May also be responsible for copy/print center tasks, including binding and basic copier maintenance.
- Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, and in-person communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Less than one year of related experience in a customer service, reception, or office role.
- Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Competitive hourly pay (20.00/hr)
