Are you an experienced, highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful administrative professional with a passion for supporting a dynamic sales team? We are seeking a committed individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Assistant, directly supporting the VP of Sales. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on all assigned administrative projects
• Promptly respond to and follow up on all leads generated from trade shows, referrals, and other sources
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide weekly sales reports to senior management
• Daily updates and analysis of the reporting system to identify and address irregular patterns
• Review weekly and monthly sales figures by account, product, and product line to detect changes in ordering patterns and communicate directly with the outside sales team
• Work in conjunction with the Sales team to facilitate all sample requests and new account setups
• Provide comprehensive customer service support from a sales perspective, including assistance with accounting and distribution inquiries
