Client in Newnan looking for a Customer Service Associate. Job duties include; Answering inbound homeowner calls as well as making outbound calls to help engage homeowners to set up appointments for pole inspections. Following Scripts: Following pre-written scripts or call flows when handing calls. Production Information: Providing information about our Pole Inspection Program to homeowners. Tracking/Reporting: All outbound and inbound calls will be logged and results from calls will be reported to the Operations Team. All time spent on calls will also need to be tracked to specific projects. Recording Homeowner Responses: logging results from online homeowner surveys and emails. De-escalation: Being able to deal with dissatisfied homeowners or homeowners who do not want to engage. Escalating Issues: Escalating homeowner calls to other departments and team members.
