- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR within a global corporate or RPO environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle recruiting and strategic sourcing.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and talent marketing strategies.
- Workday experience highly preferred.
- Experience working across cultures and geographies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-driven, resilient, and inclusive with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to understand current and future business needs.
- Translate business insights into proactive talent acquisition and advancement strategies.
- Provide feedback to regional Talent Leads to influence broader talent initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts from job brief to offer acceptance.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging digital tools and platforms.
- Conduct internal and external searches, screen candidates, facilitate interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and set expectations.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience in collaboration with global support teams.
- Advocate for internal mobility and advancement opportunities within the organization.
- Facilitate internal searches and act as a talent broker to support career development and cross-functional moves.
- Support career pathing and development planning with HR and business leaders.
- Deliver post-assessment feedback and coaching to internal candidates.
- Recommend and drive continuous improvements in talent processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy, employment, and safety regulations.
- Lead local implementation of global talent tools, systems, and programs.
