Key Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll File Preparation & Imports: Prepare and import payroll data files into UKG system for each company. Extract and organize Certify expense reports for all Reeb companies. 401(k) Management: Balance and submit 401(k) contribution files to Principal on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Garnishment Processing: Upload and maintain employee garnishment orders in the UKG payroll system, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Audit Support: Compile and provide payroll-related documentation, reports, and system screenshots for: Internal Connect audits and External PWC audits. Payroll Adjustments Add benefit deductions and refunds to pending payroll runs. Review offer letters for items impacting payroll (Sign on Bonus, guarantees, cell/car allowances) and coordinate with the payroll team. Tax Documentation Management: Scan, archive, and organize closed tax case documentation and resolutions by year and company. Compliance & State Updates: Assist with updating officer and company information on state withholding and SUTA websites.
Government Reporting: Complete and submit Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) reports for all companies on a monthly and quarterly basis.
