You will be the architect responsible for driving compliance and a fluid buying experience for 15,000 shoppers and 38,000 suppliers across the end-to-end Procurement process (Sourcing, Requisition, PO, Invoice-to-Pay).

Responsibilities
- Own Buying Channel Strategy: Design and implement best-in-class buying channel and payment strategies to enable 'shoppable content' in the Ariba Guided Buying module.
- Drive Optimization & Governance: Manage the governance, optimization, and activation of buying channels (including catalogs and marketplaces) to align with business priorities.
- Enhance User Experience: Solicit the Voice of the Customer and run a continuous improvement cycle to elevate the employee buying journey.
- Monitor Performance: Establish KPIs and governance to ensure channels are optimized, simplifying the requisition process, and increasing procurement value.
- Lead Change Management: Drive adoption, manage training materials, and support communication for shoppers and regional Procurement teams.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Category teams to translate sourcing strategies into actionable channel content.
