Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project workstreams that support the successful launch of new products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to enhance the end-to-end retail client experience.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for improvement, make strategic recommendations, and translate insights into action plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, and client service teams to align on priorities and drive execution.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tracks of work with varying scope and complexity, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
• Deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders, escalating issues when needed to keep workstreams on track.
