What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (Business Management or Supply Chain Management preferred).
- Required Experience: Relevant experience working within Commercial, Supply Chain, or Planning.
- Must-Have Technical Skill: SAP Experience.
- Preferred: > 1 year of procurement experience, with good stakeholder interaction skills.
- Soft Skills: Must be a team player who executes with a sense of urgency, possesses excellent communication skills, and is Tech Savvy.
Position Details
- Schedule: Hybrid – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, requiring 2–3 days on-site in NJ.
- Duration: 6–9 months, with a high conversion rate (50% conv.).

Responsibilities
The Mission: Your Core Responsibilities
This role is focused on system requirements, process conformance, and providing analytical support for procurement operations and sourcing strategies.
- Contract Management & Compliance: Execute Contract Creation and Maintenance to ensure purchasing contract accuracy and adherence.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Reliability: Ensure the continuity of inbound supply of materials. This involves managing Inventory tracking and Safety Stock Set up, and collaborating with key stakeholders to verify item set-up accuracy for new materials.
- Data Analysis & Reporting (70% Focus): Provide critical insights to Category Leaders through Ad Hoc reporting, Supplier Surveys, and key performance reports like MCIT and OTIF.
- System Execution & Troubleshooting: Execute timely processing of activities in the procure-to-pay process. Support the Service Desk to expedite invoice issue resolution and track consignment issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify system process improvements and track projects to create efficiencies and minimize future service incidents.
