The Senior Accountant will be responsible for general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll processing, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all financial transactions.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage general ledger accounting, prepare and post journal entries (including Bad Debt & Prepaids), and oversee month-end/year-end close processes.
- Reconciliations & Analysis: Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations (Fixed Assets/CIP, Prepaids, Amortization, Accrued & Payroll Liabilities) and conduct daily reconciliations for four bank accounts.
- Accruals & Asset Management: Accurately book all monthly accruals (Freight, Warranty, Property Tax, Commissions, Payroll, etc.). Maintain and update fixed asset and CIP schedules.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist with weekly payroll processing and related tax filings, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Financial Operations: Support external audits, analyze financial data for trends and improvements, manage customer Letters of Credit, and administer the travel expense reimbursement system.
