- Execute advanced data analysis using VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to audit and reconcile complex payroll data against the General Ledger (GL) and benefit vendor files.
- Design and implement analytical reporting tools to proactively identify payroll error trends and reduce processing risks.
- Actively support the HRIS migration from Paycom to SAP SuccessFactors. This includes data validation, running parallel tests, documenting process flows, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage the full-cycle, multi-state, bi-weekly payroll processing for approximately 700 employees, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all federal and state tax laws.
- Administer all employee deductions, including complex garnishments, tax levies, and compliance for FMLA/LOA and PTO accruals.
- Collaborate with Accounting to prepare accurate payroll-related journal entries and financial reports for month-end close.
- Maintain accurate records, support external audits, and serve as the subject matter expert for employee pay inquiries.
