We're seeking a skilled Temporary Recruiter to join our team in Benton Harbor, MI for a crucial 60-day assignment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across a wide range of roles, from hourly production staff all the way up to mid-level management. What You'll Do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles across the organization.
  
  
• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels, ensuring a robust pipeline for open positions.
  
  
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on recruiting efforts.
  
  
• Manage candidate data and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with the ability to manage a high volume and diverse mix of requisitions.
  
  
• Experience recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level/hourly positions to mid-management.
  
  
• Experience using Indeed as a sourcing tool and Workday for Applicant Tracking (ATS).
  
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  
  
• A proactive, results-driven, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high volume roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent
• Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom
• Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical recruiting trends
• Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process
• Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols
• Extend and negotiate offers
• Provide ad hoc recruitment reports to management
