We are seeking a Base Film Sourcing Manager to join a leading Commercial organization. This is a crucial 12-month contract role focused on value creation, supply resiliency, and sustainability within a complex, fast-paced environment. If you have a minimum of 7 years of supply chain experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a global perspective, we want you to drive our next generation of sustainable packaging initiatives!
What You’ll Need to Bring
- Education: University degree required. A degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering is preferred.
- Required Experience (Deal Breaker): Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain, with preference for packaging sourcing experience.
- Essential Skills: Proven expertise in Negotiation, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Drive for Results, Sourcing Category Expertise, and Data Analytics. Must be highly organized.
- Mindset: Ability to encompass a large scope and a broad perspective are crucial, as the role reports into a manager with global scope.

- Strategic Sourcing: Work with key suppliers and stakeholders on cross-functional projects to build a more sustainable future.
- Drive Results: Quickly understand the category and key opportunities, easily building relationships to drive complex initiatives forward at pace.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Suppliers, R&D, Activity Management, Commercial Operations, and Sourcing teams to manage a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Core Priorities: Your performance will be measured by key KPIs focused on Savings, Resiliency, and Sustainability.
