Our client a healthcare services company is seeking Remote Care Coordinators to join their team.
Responsibilities
· Accurately enter patient referrals and applications into the centralized customer relationship management (CRM) system.
· Respond to patient inquiries regarding application or therapy status with empathy and professionalism.
· Make outbound follow-up calls to patients and providers for application updates or confirmations.
· Maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation in company systems while on calls.
· Interact with healthcare providers to gather or clarify information needed to process new referrals.
· Guide patient accounts from initial intake through to final program determination or denial.
· Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
· Maintain high call quality and provide a compassionate experience throughout the patient journey.
Skills
- High School diploma required: associate’s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in healthcare, call center, or pharmacy support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM while speaking and documenting simultaneously.
- Comfortable using video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- strong communication skills (verbal and written) with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience with insurance billing or pharmacy operations is a plus.
- Must passed a Business Etiquette and MS Office Basic Computer Literacy assessment
100% Remote
Training Mon-Fri 8am -5pm CST 4-6 weeks
Schedule 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm CST
Pay Rate: $20 an hour
