Responsibilities

• Inform renters about available products and solutions while guiding them through the leasing process.
  
  
• Build rapport with leasing offices, brokers, and renters to boost revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Boost customer retention by actively monitoring accounts for signs of churn.
  
  
• Lead the deal escalation process, resolving complex customer issues.
  
  
• Collect customer feedback and present actionable insights to management.
  
  
• Oversee customer complaints, taking immediate action to ensure resolution.
  
  
• Analyze customer communication and engagement data to continually enhance the user experience.
