Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Accounts Receivable: Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers promptly
• General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring proper account allocation
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of key financial reports, accounting statements, and supporting summaries for management and audit review
• Data Integrity and Proofing: Diligently proof accounting reports and documents for clerical and mathematical accuracy
• Expense Allocation: Correctly allocate expenditures to the appropriate accounts following established departmental procedures
• Administrative Support: Execute various complex clerical and accounting assignments as needed
