Responsibilities

Here is a condensation of the essential functions into a few key bullet points:

• Oversee the End-to-End Payment Cycle: Direct and monitor the flow of invoices and payments (including stop payments, vouchers, and expense reimbursements) to ensure all transactions and adjustments are recorded and paid timely and accurately according to company policy.
  
  
• Compliance, Resolution, and Reconciliations: Serve as the main point of contact for reconciliations and internal/external issues, resolving all payment disputes and ensuring full compliance across the payment platform, escalating non-compliance concerns to management.
  
  
• Process Improvement and Documentation: Continuously update documentation, processes, and procedures to correct errors and drive continual improvements in efficiency and control.
  
  
• Stakeholder and Vendor Relations: Build solid relationships with all vendors and work collaboratively with various internal departments to resolve payment issues promptly.
